Annual Salary:  $69,213 (RPR) plus transcript fees

                               $76,134 (CRR)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:​

The Seventh Judicial District Court is seeking an Official Court Reporter for the Honorable Joshua Eames.  The Seventh Judicial District covers Natrona County.  This Court is one of general jurisdiction and presides over felony criminal cases, civil cases, domestic relations, juvenile, probate, and other matters.  This at-will position is to be full time and primarily on-site.  The Seventh Judicial District is comprised of four judges and their respective reporters who work exclusively for their hiring judge.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

High school diploma or equivalent plus completion of an accredited Court Reporter program.

NCRA Stenographic or NVRA Voice writers must possess a Registered Professional Reporter (RPR) or Certified Verbatim Reporter (CVR) certification or obtain the certification within two years from start date.

Applicants with an RPR/CVR equivalent certification from a certifying state may be considered.  Preference will be given to applicants proficient in computer-aided transcription and real-time.
